It was a great auction but a long one.

The bidder cards were a success.  We will talk about laminating them at a later date.

Different methods of speeding up the auction were discussed.  Ideas that were discussed were:

·         Designating a runner to put out seller items at check in

·         Limiting sellers to 2 seller numbers per household

·         Limit the member benefit to 10 drygood items instead of 15

John made a motion to limit members to 10 drygood items from 15.  Jessica seconded the motion and the motion carried.
