Automated Auction Tags
Please follow these instructions to use the new tag system:
1. Request a seller number (you do not have to be a club member to get a number). Please include your full name when requesting a seller number. You will receive your Seller Number within 24 hrs. Please do not use this method unless you received a Seller Number through the Auction Committee Chairman.
2. After receiving you number, click to access the Auction Sheet used to create your tags. It is in PDF format, so you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader® to use it. If you do not have Reader, download it here for free. You will not be able to save this file if you are using Reader, so be sure your tags are complete and accurate before printing your tags, and closing the window.
3. We have been given permission to use this program, which has been provided by our friends at the Greater Chicago Cichlid Association and remains as their property.
4. Follow the instructions on the Auction sheet to complete your tags.
5. Please put a piece of clear shipping tape over the tag once it has been placed on the bag(s). This will avoid ink run, which can make it illegible, and can render the bag unsellable.
6. You may want to print 2 copies of the first page of the document so you have one for your records.
