Old Business:

-Facebook-Lynn will contact John about continuing Facebook and adding the meeting date.

-In January bring your articles to be printed with the GBAS logo.

 

New Business:

-New Zoo tank coming down by January1.

-Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary aquarium is being setup and will be maintained by Jeff.

-Jeff will have a plaque made for the aquarium stating the tank is being maintained by GBAS.

-On the forum, postings will be deleted after one month.

-Auction net profit comparable to past years.

-Club approved the purchase of an amp/speaker and wireless microphone from Island Music.

-Spring auction tentatively set for March 18, 2012. To be confirmed at the January meeting.

-Motion approved to renew subscription to “The Cichlid News”.

-BAP had nothing new to report.

-Jeff  brought Cyprichronis Leptasoma sp. Tri color for BAP auction.

Open Forum:

 

-Jake brought Amazon swords to be given away at the meeting.
