7. Old Business:  1.Laptop and Mice: They did not get purchased on Black Friday. Tad will check the after Christmas sales. If he finds a good deal he will purchase one. Scott will try to locate two new mice. 2. Bruce made a motion to give the old computer to Melissa for a friend who will use it for parts. Tad seconded. Passed 3. The manufactures list from PAC was given to Audrey who will send out the request at the end of this month. 4. Sharon made a motion to officially have the spring auction March 21, 2010 at 1000 Island Nature Center. Ron seconded. Passed  4. Keith made contact with absentee members and was approached by past club members about hosting a meeting. He will contact them with available dates.

         8. Sub-Committees: Auction:  1. Tad will contact several representatives for  raffle prize donations.  

           Web-site:  1. Ron was informed that the link that we were experiencing

           problems with has been shut down.

           Library: 1. Cichlid News Magazine needs to be renewed. Jeff made a motion                                      

           To renew the magazine. Bruce seconded. Passed

           B.A.P.   1. An example of an old standings report was given to Scott.

           Field Trip:  1. Bruce, Keith. Scott and Carrie gave a report on their trip to

            Foster and Smith’s.  2. Keith remarked that he would like to have a field trip

            there again during the actual Swap and Frag event.

9.  New Business:   1.Keith will take over the care on the tank that we sponsor at the Green Bay Library. The library has an expressed an interest in setting up a saltwater tank. He will inform them that we will assist them. 2. Community Service: Carrie will contact a teacher at her children’s school to inquire if they would have an interest in having a club member provide information on fish keeping. 3. Reef Club. Ron was contacted by person who would like information on starting a reef club.
