8. Sub-Committees: Auction- 1. Auction: Sharon has sent out the thank you. 2. Carrie made a motion to limit the amount of food items that a club member can eat for free at the auction. Was not seconded. After discussion Carrie will present the free amounts and the ways of keeping track of items that each member eats and make a motion with the specifics at the next meeting.

B.A.P. : Scott is now the new chairperson.
Field Trip: Possible trip to Foster’s and Smith is tabled.
9. New Business: A. Computer operating at auction. Corie will be unavailable this spring to setup the computers for the auction. Audrey will do more work with the program to determine if she will take over this position with some of the guys help. She will let us know at January’s meeting. 2. Purchase or request a donation of another computer for the auction. Jeff believes that his employer will donate a computer to the club. He will check with the company and bring the information to the next meeting. 3. Giving more back, Tad suggested that we all think of ways that we could give more back to society and bring them to the next meeting. Several suggestions were to donate to some of the wildlife sanctuaries and or setup tanks in schools. 3. Sharon informed the club of a new store in Appleton. It is Aquatic Imports Saltwater fish, located on Badger Ave one block south of Wisconsin Avenue.
10. Open Forum: A. Jeff has been in the hobby of tropical fish for 30+ years. He shared on some of his success and failures. B. Keith inquired if anyone knew how to contact Jamie that had a fish shop in his basement. No one at the meeting has. If anyone reading this know of his whereabouts please contact the web-master?
