7.  Old Business: A. Manufactures donations. Audrey will mail them on Dec 30th  2006.

                             B. Laptop: Tony purchased a battery for his old laptop and then sold it to the club.

                             C. Pet Expo: After discussion Ron made a motion to rent two booth spaces for the price of one for the Pet Expo. Tony seconded. Passed Sharon will fill out the application and mail in the $100 fee.

 

8.  Sub Committees: Auction: Keith reviewed the auction duties list. 1. Sharon contacted 1000 Island Nature Center and reserved the center for our auction on Feb 18th 2007.  2. Sharon has made two different flyers and a new e-mail notice with the rule changes on. One flyer is to be mailed to past sellers and bidders with the new rule changes. The second flyer will be an updated flyer that we used for the last auction. She will mail them out in mid January. 3. Keith will contact Mike and Randy to see if they are available to be auctioneers. 4 Sharon will get the publicity sent out in mid January. Scott will contact Jeff for more paper to make runner slips. 5. Keith will have runner slips made and bring them to the January meeting for Audrey. She will then staple them during the month of January. 6. Tad will contact Marineland and All-glass for donations.

7. Ron already has the auction information on our website. Carrie will purchase the food with Keith bring the hot dogs.

                                  Field Trip: We will again in spring do a driftwood run. Watch for more information as spring arrives.

9. New Business: 1. Sharon reported that several of the bidding paddles were broken at the last auction. She will take the needed amount from the highest numbers and repaint and restencil them. She made a motion to purchase new 4 inch stencil and the markers to replace them. Tony seconded. Passed

                          2. Animal Adventures: Keith reported that Animal Adventures has gone out of business.
