GREEN BAY AQUARIUM SOCIETY

November 12, 2008

7. Old Business: A. Auction 1. Tad gave a financial report. 2. Discussed areas of improvement the most needed being enforcing the rules on the items that sellers bring. We had several bring way too many dry goods and several to many of one kind of species. This hurts the sellers by lowering the amount the items will bring. Sharon suggested that we high light on the flyers that we will be enforcing the rules and to please be sure and read them and when a seller number is given to remind the seller that we will be enforcing the rules. 3. Discussed attendance. 4. Critiqued the Darboy Club.
