6. New Members: None
7. Old Business: A. Pet Expo: Cynthy the representative from Pet Expo discussed with us what they would like us to do in the way of a fish show and the advantages to the club. She also answered questions that we had and will check into some of the requirements that we would need to put on a fish show. After she left we had further discussion. Then Keith made a motion to participate in the Pet Expo March 30, 31 and April 1 2007. We would have a display booth all 3 days and have a fish show on Saturday the 30th.

B. Thank You Dinner: After much discussion Carrie made a motion to postpone the thank you dinner until the after the spring auction where we will then go to a more upscale restaurant. Scott seconded. Passed
C. Auction: Ron made a motion to pay Mike and Randy (auctioneers) $50 each. Keith seconded. Passed. Carrie made a motion to donate $125.00 to 1000 Island Enviromental Center Tod Seconded. Passed. Then Sharon made a motion to amend the previous motion to be $150. Tad seconded. Passed.
D. Fish Show Classification: Tony gave a report on changing the classifications for awards for the fish show. It would be changed to 6 total awards. 1. Old World Cichlids from Africa, 2. New World Cichlids from America, 3. Catfish, 4. Livebearers all types, 5. Other being Labyrinth, Characins, Cypriniforns, Cyrinodontiformes, and Perciforms & Teleostrei. 6. Best of Show. After discussion Tad made a motion to make these changes and have only the 6 awards. Audrey seconded. Passed.
8. Sub Committees: A. Auction: Keith had a call from a person who did not have an item sell at the auction and was inquiring what the procedure was. He told the person by auction rules it becomes the property of the club. All the club members present agreed that it was the correct answer.
B. Web site. No report
C. Library: Scott was able to make contact with Mike and made arrangements for Tony to pick up our books. They are now available to check out.
D. Field Trip: No Report
E. B.A.P: No report
9. New Business: 1. New Computer Program and Laptops: Tony suggested a new computer program for registration and checkout for the auction. It can be written for 1 or 3 computers. How did we want it written and if it was for more computers would we want to purchase some laptop computers? After discussion it was decided to have it written for 3 computers. And Tony would do more research on the cost of laptops and networking equipment.
2. Auction Limitations: Tony presented an idea for limiting the number of items each seller can sell. He gave each member a copy to consider and to bring our ideas and recommendations to December’s meeting.
3. Manufacture Donations: Audrey will prepare the letter for the manufactures and mail them in very early January.
4. Christmas Gift Exchange: This year we will again do the voluntary Christmas gift exchange. The cost for the gift should be $4-$6.
5. Pizza Ovens: Tony asked if we should buy 2 pizza ovens for making pizza’s at the auction. Discussion followed and storage is in question. Tabled until a later date.
10. Open Forum: 1. Keith shared on a place of interest. It is called Jurustic Park and it has characters made out of recycled materials some are fish. It is located on Sugarbush Lane near Marshfield. Take Hwy 96 North in Marshfield to Cty E go north on E three miles then turn left on Sugarbush Lane about ½ mile on the left.
