7. Old Business: Auction: 1.Keith did a check on the list of requirements to make sure everything was completed.

                                          2. Thank you dinner will be at Red Robin on CA in Kimberly right after the auction.

                                          3. Nomination of officers: No new nominations. All officers were running unopposed. The elections were by a show of hands. The officers are President Keith Coleman, Vice President Ron Greunke, Secretary Sharon Greunke and Treasurer Tad Storm. 

                                         4. Pet Expo:  A representative for Pet Expo will come to the November meeting at Tony’s to present the requirements and ideas they have for us to participate at this event.                                       

                                      5. Reimbursement for mileage: After discussion Tony made a motion to give $5.00 fun money per month to the person who maintains the tanks at the N.E.W. Zoo. Tad seconded.  Passed

8.  Sub Committees: A. Auction was covered in old business.

                                  B. Web Site: Ron had two e-mails sent to all members regarding a new online magazine which can be accessed via a link from our web site and a request to send to all members a for sale list.

                                  C. Library: Scott has been unsuccessful in contacting Mike and Robin via e-mail to purchase our books. He will try by phone and if successful will contact Tony who will then pick them up.

                                  D. Field Trip: Keith made a motion to change the number of people from five to four to be reimbursed for a field trip with all of the other requirements being the same. Carrie seconded.  Passed

9.  New Business: No new business.

10. Open Forum: 1. Sharon asked how others eliminate spiders in their fish rooms. Tony uses a formula of 3 T vinegar and 1t garlic in a standard size spray bottle of water. He suggested spraying the corners of the room.

                            2. Tad shared on his adding a solar room to his fish room to help reduce the cost of heating it.

                            3. Bob and Scott gave a report on raising white worms.

                            4. Keith informed us of a new All-Glass dealer “World of Exotic Animals  3785 Lark Road  Lark WI 54126   920-362-9634”.

11. B.A.P. No one brought fish.
