7. Old Business: 1.Elections: President Keith Coleman, Vice President Ron Greunke, Treasurer Tad Storm, And Secretary Sharon Greunke 2. T-Shirts were delivered. 3.Badnesy Fish Hatchery is not open to the public this year. 4. The Mall of America Field Trip had to be postponed because lack of transportation for all of the members who wanted to go. 5. Foster& Smith tour Field trip needs to have at least 20 people to do a tour. Watch for e-mailings for this event.
8. Sub-Committees: Auction: A. Keith did a rundown of all the duties for the auction to ensure all were covered. B. Thank you Dinner: The dinner will be at the Golden Corral in Appleton directly following the auction cleanup.

Field Trip: 1 Covered in Old Business
9. New Business: 1. Dues are due. From the Constitution of the Green Bay Aquarium Society, Article II Section 2 Dues shall be payable annually at the October meeting for current Members, but will be pro-rated to the date of membership for new Members. Section 4- Any member whose dues are unpaid two (2) months after becoming due shall be dropped from the rolls automatically. Full payment of the dues shall constitute reinstatement with the G.B.A.S Members approval
10. Open Forum: 1. Ron & Jeff reported on their experience at the Milwaukee Auction. 2. Keith remarked on the number of different varieties of ferns. 3. Jeff commented on the use of different bulbs and chemical for plants. 4. We had a nice discussion on how to determine what you want to put in a Nano tank.
