7. Old Business: A-Shirts: The new shirts were done and Keith distributed them. B. Slow Cooker& Pizza Oven: We decided that it would be more work keeping track of them and cleaning them than it would be to use club members. Tod and Mark will bring Pizza Ovens and Sharon will bring the slow cooker. C. Raffle Prizes: Keith researched the cost of purchasing a tank and stand for a raffle prize.  After much discussion Keith made a motion to use several manufactures donations for raffle prizes and have a 50/50 raffle. Tad seconded. Passed. D. Elections: Keith is President, Ron is Vice President, Tad is Treasurer and Sharon is Secretary

 8. Sub-Committees: Auction- 1: Keith did a check list of the duties for the auction. Corie will take over the duties with the computer. Keith will stop at Tonys to pickup the computer and deliver it to Corie. 2: Sharon discovered that Willies is now a sports bar. After more checking she presented a menu for a buffet at the Darboy Club. The Thank you dinner will be directly after the auction and cleanup at the Darboy Club. 3: Setup will be a 6:30 p.m. Saturday night at 1000 Island Nature Center.

 Web-site: Mark noticed that we still have the old dues schedule on the site. Ron will change it asap.

 Library:  Scott brought the new books and magazines to the meeting and where quickly checked out.

 B.A.P. : Cori reported nothing new.

 Field Trip:  Possible trip to Foster’s and Smith is in the works.

9.      New Business: A. Calendar for 2008-2009 November in Ron, December in Audrey, January Keith, February Sharon, with many left open.  

            10. Open Forum: A. None, Bagged the manufacturer’s donations for the auction.

11. B.A.P. No one brought fish
