7.  Old Business: A. Field Trip. Keith has the van lined up for the Milwaukee Shop Hop. The members will meet Saturday October 22, 2005 at Stumpf Ford on College Ave in Appleton at 8:00 a.m. leaving at 8:15 a.m.

 B. New sign. Tad made a motion to have Schilling Printing print both sides of a new sign for a cost of $68. Ron seconded.  Passed

8.  Subcommittees: Field Trip. A. Milwaukee Shop Hop discussed in Old Business.               B. Discussed going to Exocit Cichlids in Manitowoc. No decisions were made.

 C. Minnesota auction will be November 12^th, 2005. We are still thinking of having a field trip to the auction and or a side trip to the Mall of America. If you have any interest in this please contact one of the officers and or attend the next meeting.

 Show/Swap/Speakers. Tad made a motion to donate $100 to 1000 Island Environmental Center for the use of their facility. Tod seconded. Passed.

Auction. Set March 19^th 2006 as a possible date for the spring auction. Members will check with other clubs to make sure there is not a conflict with other events.

 Library. No report

                             Website. Because of illness Ron was unable to get Septembers minutes on the website. Sharon sent a copy of the minutes to all of the members.

 BAP.  No report

                  9.  New Business: A. Election of Officers. All of the officers ran unopposed            

                  so no election was held. This year’s officers are President Keith., Vise

                  President Ron, Treasurer Tad, Secretary Sharon.

                                                B. Audrey will take over sending letters to manufactures

                 for auction donations.

                                                C. Dues are due now!!!

E. Christmas Party. Mark made a motion to have a voluntary gift exchange for Christmas. The gift should cost around $5. Jeremy seconded.  Passed

10. BAP: No one brought fish

11. Open forum: A. Keith shared on his experience on using different inner filters on his Whisper Filters.

                            B. Ron & Sharon shared on their recent trip to Shark Reef at Mandelay Bay Casino in Las Vegas.

                           C. Bob did a demonstration on how to make a sponge filter.
