Old Business:  1.Picnic. All Shared on their experience and had a good time especially visiting the Living Art Aquarium store in Madison. 2. Raffle tank. Jeff was able to purchase a used 125 gallon tank at a reasonable cost. John contacted his supplier for a stand at their cost. Members are encourage to try to locate one at a lower cost.

Sub-Committees: Auction: 1. Flyers: Sharon had the flyers printed and distributed to members for posting in their communities.2. Auction Duties. Ron did a check of all duties to ensure that all were assigned. 3. Thank you dinner. Sharon will contact the Darboy Club to make reservations. 4. Sharon made a motion to incorporate Marks added recording idea as long as it does not hinder the speed of the auction. Jeff seconded. Passed 5. Audrey made a reminder that fun money is distributed at the spring auction.

Library: 1. 1. Scott had the new magazines available for check out. 2. Scott made a motion to purchase the Handbook of Disc by Jack Wattley. Lynn seconded. Passed.

B.A.P.            1. Jeff has updated the records and explained the points system with the current standing of participating members.

Field Trip:  1. Lynn expressed a strong interest in going to Foster and Smiths. He will find out the details for a tour. 2. Aquarium and Museum in IA. Jeff will get the information for a spring for summer 2011 trip. 3. Apet. John will inquire if will they allow us to tour their facility.

New Business:   1.Nomination of officers. President: Jeff, Vice President: Scott, Ron & John, Treasurer: Rosa, Secretary: ? 2. Reminder that dues are due at the next meeting which is the start of our new year. 3. Traxler’s Kennel & Pet Shop 5954 State Rd 21, Omro WI is willing to host a swap for the club. If interested contact Jeff.

Open Forum: 1. Audrey has a co-worker who has gravel to sell. John has a friend who he will contact and let her know if he is interested. 2. Tod had a 29 gallon tank to give away. 3. We had a very in-depth discussion on issues with eggs not hatching and ways of solving the problems.
