7. Old Business: 1.Picnic/ Milwaukee Zoo: All who went had a great time and I along with others was impressed with the number of African Cichlids they had in a display area. 2. T-Shirts: Keith had Jeff and May decide on colors and sizes so he can order them.
8. Sub-Committees: Auction: A. Keith did a rundown of all the duties for the auction to ensure all were covered. B. Thank you Dinner: because the auction is on Saturday this fall we will have to find another location. Sharon will see what is available and make reservations. C. Setup will be Friday night October 16th at 6:30 where we will experiment with different layouts trying to increase seating.

B.A.P. Looking for more members to participate
Field Trip: 1. Chicago shop hop is postponed because of health reasons. 2. Basdney Fish Hatchery: Keith will contact the hatchery and obtain the date and time that they will be having their event. If you are interested in attending this keep a close watch for more information. 3. Mall of America Aquarium: will be September 26th 09. If interested in going contact Keith or Bruce.
9. New Business: 1. Nomination of Officers: Keith for President, Ron for Vice President, Tad for Treasurer and Sharon for Secretary. 2. Sharon suggested we hold our meetings at Gander Mountain. After discussion several members volunteered to host a meeting but we still have several open. This past year she has hosted 3 meetings. Tabled waiting more results. 3. Foster and Smith: Have again donated a gift certificate and requesting members address. Mark will e-mail members to find out if they want their information sent to them. Also we will have a signup sheet at the auction for those who are interested.
