1.      Old Business: A-Shirts- Some were not pleased with the actual color that their shirts. Bruce made a motion that those who wanted to could get different color shirts and that the original shirts would be auctioned off at the auction. Tad seconded. Passed. B. Field Trip to Minnesota. Bruce and Keith gave a report on the trip to the Mall of America Aquarium. C.  Guppy rating. Corie presented the I.F.G.A. rating guide for Guppies. He then made a motion for us to use the I.F.G.A. guide for B.A.P.  Tad seconded. Passed. D. N.E.W. Zoo. Tod showed Mark how to maintain the tanks

2.      Sub-Committees: Auction- Keith did a check list of the duties for the auction. Mike, Randy and Marc will be auctioneers. Sharon will do mailings as soon as Tony gets her the list of attendees. Scott will do publicity. Beth will run the food stand. Tad, Audrey, Melissa and Marge will do check ins and check outs. Bob will do raffles. Ron, Scott, Tod, Bruce and Cori will be runners. Mark and Sharon will fill in where needed. Sharon will check on the use of Willies for the thank you dinner.

Web-site: Up and running, with no problems

 Library:  Scott has not been able to contact Mike and Robin. Sharon will e-mail him a phone number who should know their current information.

 B.A.P. : Cori gave his report in Old Business

 Field Trip:  Possible trip to Foster’s and Smith is in the works

3.      New Business: A. Tad reported that the House of Angles still has tanks and filters available. B. The Question has been asked do we want to purchase a pizza oven and slow cooker which would remain at 10000 Island? After discussion it was tabled until the next meeting. C. Nominations
