7.  Old Business: A. Kewaunee field trip. Keith reported that the only day to attend this would be Saturday Oct 7, 2006.  Member’s schedules have prevented them from attending this so it has been canceled.

                            B.  Minnesota field trip. This was canceled because members are unable to attend.

                            C. N.E.W. Zoo Sharon asked if we could put some more fish in these tanks. It was decided that Tony would purchase fish that are compatible at the auction to add or replace the fish.

8. Sub Committees: A. Auction:  All duties are assigned to the following

                        1. Bob will sell raffle tickets and T-shirts.

                        2. Marge will help with registration and manual recording.

                        3. Tony will bring his computer system for recording.

                        4. Angie will do the computer recording.

                        5. Audrey will do manual recording

                        6. Audrey and Tad will do checkout.

                        7. Sharon will do registration and running.

                        8. Keith, Ron, Tod and Scott will be runners.

                        9. Carrie will serve food.

                                 B. Setup will be Saturday Oct 14^th at 7:30 p.m.

                                 C. Sharon will do publicity this next week.

                                 D. Mike S and Randy will be auctioneers.

                                 E. Scott will meet with Sharon and Tad at Tad’s at 1:00 p.m. to load all of the donated items for the auction.

                                  B. Web-site: No report (lack of time)

                                  C. Library: No report (lack of Time)

                                  D. Field Trip: Discussed in old business.

                                  E. B.A.P: Quarterly drawing. Scott won.

9.  New Business: 1. Tad made a motion to reimburse members for gas mileage for work done for club business. Todd seconded. After discussion it was table until next meeting for time to consider all ramifications of allowing this.

                             2. Sharon made a motion to purchase a return address stamp. Keith seconded.  Passed
