 Subcommittees: Field Trip. A. Milwaukee Shop Hop tabled until after Show/ Swap/Speaker event.  B. Keith shared on his trip to Foster and Smith.

                               Show/ Swap/Speaker: S/S/S A. Ron had a meeting with Lee and 1. Found water source 2. Number of tables available. Sharon asked members to bring any tables that they might have. 3. Setup Friday night all Okayed. 4. Came up with a lay out plan. B. Flyers/ letters1. Have been sent to past bidders and sellers. 2. More are available. 3. Reported on locations that have already been posted. C. Speakers: 1. Sharon contacted Bob & Marge who in turn contacted Terry F who is available to speak and said that he would.  2. Speaker Line up Terry at 11:00a.m. Keith at 1:00 p.m. Jean at 2:00p.m. D. Show 1. Tony has had all of the awards made. 2. The voting will end at 2:30 p.m.3. Awards will be given at 3:00 p.m. E. Swap 1. Two inquires for tables have been received. 2. Would we allow anything not fish related? The group felt that it would be inappropriate to sell unrelated fish items. F. Food.1. Lunch Sharon will make sloppy joes and bring buns, napkin and plates. Keith will bring chips, Scott vegetables, Tod dessert. 2, Dinner Sharon made a motion to have dinner at Four Star Restaurant 1011 Crooks Avenue Kaukauna WI. following the S/S/S. Tod seconded.  Passed 

Library: Scott will check on the tapes to be played at the S/S/S.

Web site: Ron has taken over as web master. He is still learning so please be patient.
