7. Old Business:  1.N.E.W Zoo: We were given permission to promote the club at this facility. Mark will begin Saturday July 11, 09. 2. Picnic/August meeting: We will go to the Milwaukee Zoo on August 08, 09. Eleven folks have committed going so far. Keith will arrange for an appropriate size vehicle for us to travel in. Food, transportation and entrance fee will be provided by the club. Sharon will send an e-mail to all club members with the specific details. 3. C.W.A.S. Swap:  The date for this field trip is July 26^th 2009. The time is 1-4 p.m. at Gander Mountain in Wausau. Sharon will contact all club members with the specific details.

         8. Sub-Committees: Auction:  A. 1000 Island: Ron contacted 1000 Island and was able to change the auction date to October. Sharon sent an e-mail to all club members notifying them of the change. B. Auctioneers: Marc is able to work and Keith still needs to contact Mike and Randy.

    Web-site: Ron will add upcoming events.

  Library: A. Keith made a motion to order a year subscription of the magazine “Reeflife”. Scott seconded. Passed  B. “The Encyclopedia of Aquarium Fish” was donated to the club by Mark

10. Open Forum: 1. Sharon informed about a pet shop in Omro. The name is Traxliers and is located at 5954 State Rd 21.  2. Tad has frogs for sale. 3. Ron shared about a tank that is setup at the Bergstrom Volvo Dealership. 4. We discussed how to winterize an above ground pond.
