Old Business:  1. Green Bay Downtown Library: Via e-mails Josh informed the club that the stand and we added a canopy were on sale and what the prices were until the end of the month. Sharon sent e-mails to all club members informing them of his findings. Those who sent replies agreed to purchase the stand and canopy. They are both waiting to be picked up. Josh and Juny will make the changes next Wednesday May 19^th 2010.  Mark made a motion for Josh to purchase a heater and lock. Deb seconded. Passed. Sharon made a motion to allow Josh to stock, setup and display the tank for his convenience. Deb seconded. Passed.

Sub-Committees: Auction: 1. The auction date will be October 24, 2010. Ron will contact 1000 on the availability.

B.A.P.               1. Jeff inquired about becoming a committee member. He will contact Scott to let him know that he would like to volunteer.

Field Trip:  1.Aquaclarity, Sunday May 16^th, 2010 Member who live in the Green Bay area will meet at 9:30 a.m. at Juny’s. Members who live in the Fox Valley area will meet at Jeff’s at 11:00 a.m. We should be arriving back around 4:00 p.m.

New Business:   1. Mark will contact the director of the N.E.W. Zoo about the specific plans for the move of the tanks that we sponsor.

Open Forum: 1. Discussed the Milwaukee auctions and swaps. 2. Josh explained that Nbuma are rock dwellers. 3. Mark and Deb set up a 20 gallon long tank in the Pulaski Library on a trial basis. After only one day they received raving reviews. 4. Josh has a 125 gallon tank for sale if interested call Josh at 920-655-8494.
