7. Old Business:  1. Auction: 1.Sharon made a motion to pay all parties the same amount as last fall’s auction. Ron seconded. Passed. 2. Discussed the auction experience both positives and negatives. We all agreed that the auction was a total success with just two negatives. One the room was over crowded and seconded no publicity. 3. Tod made a motion to be allowed to carry over his fun money to next spring’s (2010) auction. Was not seconded. 4. Tad made a motion to allow fun money to be carried over to the next spring auction under special circumstances. Jeff seconded. Passed. 5. Tad made a seconded motion to allow Tod F, Carrie S, Randy L, Corie R and Beth W  to use their fun money at the 2010 spring auction. Mark seconded. Passed. 6. May’s meeting: Jeff has agreed to host the May meeting.

    Web-site: Ron will correct an error on the seller sheets.

Field Trip:  1. Chicago shop hop is still in the planning stage.

9. New Business:   1. Ron will bring some of the food from Scott L to May’s meeting.

10. Open Forum: A. Discussed setting up saltwater tanks.

12. Raffle:  won by Ron
