Old Business: Sign: Scott brought the sign. Jean took it home to have John make the new poles to display it.  Come to the next meeting and see the new sign.  Good job Scott and Carrie.

                       Auction:  Auctioneers are all set.

                                       Flyers are put up and sent to past bidders and sellers.

                                       Runners: Keith, Tod, Scott,

                                       Runner Tags: Keith will make more

                                       Publicity has been sent

                                       Food: Keith made a motion that Jean keeps track of what the members eat. Tony seconded. Passed

                                       Raffle: Two aquarium set ups have been promised. Randy and Tony will make arrangements to get them to the auction.

                                       Raffle Permit: Sharon will get

                                       Bidder Registration: Sharon

                                       Check Out Table:  Mark, Tad, Rose, Sharon

                                       Set Up: We will meet at 6:00 p.m. at 1000 Island Nature Center Saturday the 19^th.

Sub Committees: Field Trip:  Jean will make plans to go to the Old School House for some time in April. Watch your e-mail for more info on this trip.

                         N.E.W. Zoo: Dan needs four Whisper 60’s, cartridges, wand and pump. Jean will check on prices. Keith made a motion that we buy these items needed to maintain the tanks at the N.E.W. Zoo after we find out the prices with a maximum of $250. Jean seconded. Passed

                        Library: Because of work commitments our Liberian is unable to attend meeting. Tony made a motion to open up nominations for a new Liberian. Seconded by Keith. Passed    Jean nominated Keith as Liberian. He accepted. If you would like this position please come to the next meeting.

            B.A. P.: Tony reported on new raffle for B.A.P. Every time you bring in a bag of fish your name will be put in a hat and every 3 months a prize will be drawn with one major prize being drawn at the Christmas party. Tony made a motion to have some of the manufactures donated items being given as the prizes for the B.A.P. with the raffles starting Jan 2005. Keith seconded. Passed

                  Open Forum: Keith shared on his trip to Florida visiting the Tampa Bay

                                          Aquarium.
