7. Old Business:  1.Auction: Sharon reported on monies made. Food: Corrie purchased the food with the thought that Cub Foods would be giving $70+. When they were reimbursed they were only given $10. Corrie will bring in the receipt next meeting for the difference.

8       Sub Committees: Auction 1. Thank you. Sharon will send thank you to 1000 Thousand Island Nature Center. Sharon made a motion to donate $150 for the uses of the facilities. Ron seconded. Passsed  2. Auctioneers: Thank you to the auctioneers with the usual $ amount to Randy and John and a year membership to Marc. 3. Discussion on the outcome of the auction. 1. Auctioneer not being able to see bidders. Solutions A. Runner help watch the bidders. B. Have a trial time with the auctioneer standing on the other side of doorway. C. Runners delivering items and returning by not crossing in front of the auctioneer. 2. Bags on the wrong tables. Solution A. Try a different method like Milwaukees with colored stickers. B. Have seller regeistration remind past sellers or explain system to new sellers.

        Library: Scott reported that are newest magazines are here and layed them out for checkout

  Field Trip: Keith will check into a Milwaukee Shop Hop tentative date of April 12 08. Confirmation of this trip will be at April’s meeting.

9.  New Business: New Club Shirts. Keith will get an estimate on the cost for new shirts.

10. Open Forum: 1. Mark shared on his attempts to breed tutle eggs. 2. Keith shared on his trip to FL
