8. Sub Committees:

AUCTION.

·        Beth will ask Cub Foods for food donations, soda, pizza & candy.

·        2. Keith ran through a list of all the auction stuff..

·        3, Discussed thank you letters to manufacture’s donations.  A motion was made, seconded and passed to send thank you letters to manufacture’s that donate products.   

·        4. A 56 Gallon Tank and stand and top and light was donated by Marineland.

·        5. After auction dinner will be  at Willies Super Club.

·        6. Randy, Marc, and John Michna will be the auctioneers.

·        Motion made, seconded and approved to raise the quantity of hard goods that members can bring to the auction from 10 to 15.

·        An attempt will be made to enforce the rules.
