7.  Old Business: Auction: 1. Publicity completed 2. Paddles repaired and table numbers improved 3. Setup will be at 6:30 Saturday night 4. A 46 gal bow tank and full setup has been donated by All-glass for the raffle.  Scott will bring it to the auction 5. Food: Keith will bring the hot dogs, buns and soda. Scott will bring the pizzas and work the food stand.  Sharon will bring the paper products, condiments, candy bars and chips. 6. Tony will bring the lap top.7. Sharon and Marge will do registration. 8. Tad, Audrey, Tony will do checkout. 8. Bob will run the raffle. Keith, Tod and Ron will be runners.  

                          Pet Expo: 1. Ron and Sharon designed a business card for the club. Sharon got several estimates. Ron made a motion to have 5000 business cards made by Quick Print for $240. Tad seconded. Passed  2. Sharon made a motion to purchase a 2ft x 6ft banner with the club logo and name on it for $90 or less. Tad seconded. Passed. 3. Raffle Marineland has donated a 56 gal tank and complete setup. 4. Sharon sent in the information for our free passes and extra tickets for club members. 5. Sharon sent around a sign up sheet for days and hours that members are available to work. 6. Discussed the layout of the booths with more definite plans to be confirmed at the next meeting.

 

8.  Sub Committees:  Auction: discussed in Old Business.

                                  Website: Ron renewed the domain name.

                                  Library: Purchase of new book or magazine tabled until next meeting.

                                  B.A.P.: No report

                                  Field Trip: continue to watch for driftwood date

 

9.  New Business: 1. Keith reported on the tanks and the fish at the N.E.W. Zoo. Ron will get a new end for the Python hose.

 

10. Open Forum:  1. Keith shared on going to the GCCA auction in Chicago. 2. Keith reminded everyone of the Foster and Smith Frag and Swap. 3. Ron informed us of a new Aquarium Store (name yet to be known) on the corner of 9th and Military Ave in Green Bay. 4. Discussed where to purchase hinges for glass aquarium tops and the different sizes available.

 

11. B.A.P.: No one brought fish.
