7.  Old Business:  A. Flyers have been made and mailed out.

                           B. Scott did not attend meeting so Keith will contact him regarding Boy Scouts serving food

                                at the auction.

                           C. Tad contacted Marineland who sent us a tank, stand and light and Allglass who is preparing

                                an order for us for the raffle.

                           D. Sharon has received our bidding paddles.

                           E. Keith left messages with Mike (for auctioneer) and has not yet heard back. He will contact

                               Randy L to see if he will help. Jean V is another possibility.

                           F. Keith made 450 bag tags. (He will make more). Angie will cut and staple them.

                           G. Tad has received all of the information for fun money distribution.

                            I. Mark did not attend the meeting so Tony will meet with him to get the bags.

                           J. Sharon sent in and received this year’s raffle license.

                           K. Sharon will call the Four Star restaurant for reservations for Sunday March 19th after the

                               auction.

8.  Sub Committees: Auction: A. Pets Supply Plus wants to donate for our auction and set up a vendor display.

                              B. Tony made a motion To not allow fun money to be used for the raffle. Keith seconded

                                   Passsed

                              C. Tad will purchase an adding machine and cash box.

                              D. Keith will give Jean a call to make arrangements to get sign.

                              E. Setup will be Saturday (18th) night meeting at 6p.m.

                              F. Keith will contact Bob and Marge to see if they are available to help.

                              Web Site: A. Ron will put all of the auction information on the web site. As of this writing has

                                 already been completed.

                              Field Trip: A. Driftwood gathering to be determined by the weather.

                               B. ACA Convention: Tony informed us that the ACA Convention is July 18-23 2006 at the

                                   Sheraton Hotel in Chicago. As a side trip they will be going to the Shed Aquarium. He made

                                   suggestions for club reimbursements if we attend. We will have more discussion on this

11. Open Forum: A. Sharon and Ron discussed making and finding materials for sponge filters. The sponge

      material can be purchased at Hobby Lobby.

                          B. Tony demonstrated how to strip the fry from mouth breeders.
