7. Old Business: A. Auction Paddles. It was decided to just keep the old paddles. Carrie made a motion to paint out the old numbers on the paddles that we do not use and paint on new numbers as needed. Scott seconded passed. Carrie volunteered to paint out the old numbers. B. Sharon made reservations for the Thank you dinner at Willies Supper Club. C. Sharon stated that we still had some open dates for meetings. After several volunteers we still have the July meeting open.  

8. Sub Committees: Auction: 1. Keith ran through the check list to ensure that all of the duties are or will be completed.

                                  A. Keith – auctioneers

                                  B. Tad – raffle prizes

                                  C. Sharon- mail fliers and send e-mails, auction papers, (seller, bidder, rules & membership forms & business cards)

                                  D. Carrie – publicity

                                  E. Keith – hot dogs and buns

                                  F. Sharon – soda, candy, condiments, plates

                                 G. Carrie – pizza’s

                                 H. Bruce – napkins

                                  I. Tony – Computers and printer paper & fish bags for rebagging

                                  J. Deb – purchase clipboards & pizza oven

                                  K. Ron – bidding paddles, stationary tote, raffle supplies, T- shirts & cash box

                                   L. Tod – pizza oven

 2. Setup will be at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday the 23^rd.3. Audrey brought up how do enforce the rules for the auction, especially the limit on dry goods. One suggestion at this point was to have the seller check in person review the seller’s sheet and enforce the rule.    

                                Library: 1. New book 1. Carrie made a motion to purchase the book titled Loaches Natural History and Aquarium Care. Sharon seconded passed.               

                                Web-Site: Ron will add the up coming meeting locations on the web.

                                Field Trip: Keith will check on going to the Mississippi Museum and Aquarium.

10. Open Forum: 1.Bruce shared on his experience on cleaning his tank. Some times it is fun to laugh at our experiences. 2. Bruce asked if we had any books on snail. The club does not but Tad will lend him his.3. Mark brought photos of the field trip to the Kewaunee Fish Hatchery.
