7.  Old Business: 1. Thank You Dinner: Carrie made a motion to go to the Red Robin following the auction with a $15.00 limit. Keith seconded. Passed. 2. Runner tags: Keith gave the runner tags to Audrey for stapling. 3. Flyers: Sharon distributed the flyers to be posted. 4. Paper to make more runner tags:  Scott is waiting for a call back from Jeff. 5. Auctioneers: Keith contacted Randy and Mike and both agreed to be auctioneers. 6. Raffle Prizes: Tad contacted both Marineland and All-glass and is waiting for a response from both of them.

8.  Sub Committees: Auction: Discussed in old and new business.

                                  Library: 1. Current magazines are here. 2. New books: Bring your ideas to the next meeting for a new book or magazine to be purchased for the library.

                                  Web Site: Ron made the corrections on the auction rules.

                                  B.A.P. Scott won the quarterly drawing. Tony won the yearly drawing. Scott won the yearly participating drawing.

                                  Field Trip: Continue to watch for date of the driftwood trip.

9. New Business: 1. N.E.W. Zoo: Tony will bring to the next meeting a replacement tube for Keith to use in cleaning the tanks.

                             2. Business Cards/ Membership flyers: Tony will design a business card and mail it to Sharon. She will then get price quotes on having them printed.

                             3. Fun Money: Audrey will total the amount to be used at the spring auction.

10. Open Forum: 1. Keith wanted information for his son who is setting up a tank in his office. 2. Tony is shutting down his fish room. If you need any equipment contact Tony to see what he has. 3. Ron was contacted via web-site by a person looking for information on a fish. It was suggested that he have the person contact Mike S. who could identify the fish.
